Frequently asked questions

Can't see your question? Ask an engineer.

How quickly will you respond to our enquiry?

We respond to every enquiry within one working day, and usually much sooner during office hours. Existing customers with an urgent issue should use the dedicated support line in their welcome pack.

Do you charge for an initial conversation?

An initial conversation about your requirements doesn't commit you to anything. We'll talk through your setup and tell you honestly what we think you need before any paid work is agreed.

Can you visit our offices on site?

Yes. We're based in York and travel to client sites anywhere in the UK for site surveys, infrastructure reviews and project kick-offs. Yorkshire visits are frequent; further afield, we plan visits into the project or support contract.

What information should we include in our enquiry?

A short description of your current setup, the issue or project you're considering, and roughly how many sites, servers or users are involved. The more detail you give us, the more useful our first response will be.

Who will get back to us?

An engineer, not a sales script. For larger infrastructure or hosting enquiries, you'll be introduced to the account engineer who would be managing your setup going forward.

Can you handle procurement questionnaires or supplier assessments?

Yes — we regularly complete security questionnaires, due diligence documents and contract reviews for enterprise procurement teams. Let us know in your enquiry and we'll assign a point of contact.

Do you support organisations outside Yorkshire?

Yes — nationwide. Our office is in York, but we host and support infrastructure for organisations across the whole of the UK, with on-site visits wherever they're needed.

What happens after we submit the contact form?

Your enquiry reaches our team directly — see the steps below for what happens next, from acknowledgement through to a proposal.
